REFINE REALITY
IMMERSIVE WORLDS IN VR
It was obvious since 2015 GearVR lineup that mobile virtual reality had the best chance to be the most suitable consumer headset for VR. It was a strict enviroment to create with very limited headroom yet it enabled some epic adventures to be made. First title EDP:Wayfarer relied on a gamepad that soon transformed into a rotational controller and finally into 6dof controllers. Progress has been fast which is a great thing for adoption of VR games and experiences. All things learned along the way pave a solid path forward for new adventures that will be rich in content, offer great freedom and also provide safe social interaction.

• 2017 EDP:Wayfarer is released on OculusStore
• 2018 EDP:Starpath is released on OculusStore
• 2021 LIT is prepared for lauch

By installing or otherwise using this software you the "licensee" understand that this agreement is a legal instrument and agree to be bound by it´s terms set hereafter. If you do not agree with these terms do not install or use the software in any way.
1. GRANT LICENSE
Through this purchase you are acquiring, Refine Reality Ltd. is granting you a personal , non-exclusive, limited, non-transferrable license to the software for your personal use. it is forbidden to sub-license, distribute and/or otherwise move this license to another person or entity. you may not use this license for commercial activity. You may not seek to disable, reverse engineer or create works from the product or any of it´s copyrighted assets without a written permission from Refine Reality Ltd. No right is given to the licensee intrinsically.
Any breach of this agreement will result in termination of your license without notice.
2. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights are owned Refine Reality and it´s affiliates. International treaties and copyright law protect these games where applicable. Through this license you will not acquire any copyrights.Refine Reality reserves the right to royalty free display your contributions.
3. LIMITED LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REFINE REALITY, IT`S SUBSIDIARIES OR IT`S AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OR ANY OTHER FORM OF DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES FROM ANY OTHER CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS LICENSE OR THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER ARISING IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABLITY OR OTHERWISE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW A LIMITATION OF CERTAIN EVENTS SO SOME OF THE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL REFINE REALITY TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.
4. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Finland. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in a bona fide negotiations. In case a amicable resolution cannot be reached the dispute will be submitted to the district court of Pohjois-Savo, Kuopio in Finland.
5. GENERAL PROVISIONS
If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to it´s terms. This Agreement shall not prejudice the statutory rights of any party dealing as a consumer.
